Civil/ Structural Engineer |Swas Developers, Shaping the Future Structural Engineer Position requires a thorough knowledge of civil/ structural design and engineering techniques. JOB DESCRIPTION
To handle entire site supervision as per the plan layout, design to ensure structure construction goes correctly. Checking technical design & drawing to ensure they are followed correctly. Prepare site report & filling in others paper work. Swas Developers will be working on design review, technical specifications, system integration, procurement, construction supervision, project management, tender and award of contracts, contract administration, station and depot architecture, civil and interface management
Requirements
- Preparation & Submission of site document like BBS, Excavation plan etc.as per ISO.
- Achieving the planning schedules by teamwork, proper planning & management skills.
- Co-ordination with all contractor and sub-contractor & with a consultant.
- Execution as per consultant drawings & specification.
- Maintaining specification of material & BOQ items.
- Maintaining Quality control & quality assurance procedures.
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules.
- Preparation of Subcontractor bills as per approved work orders.
- Monthly reconciliation of quantities.
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

Candidates with experience in AutoCAD drafting. Should be capable of planning, drafting, preparing of detailed drawings, site survey, have knowledge of local statutory norms and preparing basic design/estimation calculations of residential buildings of villas/apartments/ malls. in-depth knowledge of VAASTHU. Must be able to either independently prepare conceptual or construction drawings

JOB DESCRIPTION
Interior and spacial designers are involved within the design or renovation of internal areas, as well as structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and color schemes.
You may work in a variety of commercial, leisure or domestic settings. the job combines the economical and functional use of space with an understanding of aesthetics. Some designers, particularly in the domestic market, are concerned solely with the appearance, rather than the structure, of the interior.
Requirements
- The person will be responsible for
- Interior Designing of the product.
- Ability to build the designs that will complete the look of the product.
- Build a Design Docket with a detailed BOQ along with suitable material/furniture selections.
- Developing detailed designs, using computer-aided design software & tools.
- Work with clients in gathering complete requirements for the project.
- Finalize the proposal & commercials with the client and set out a project schedule.
- Should be able to define project schedule for the entire project life cycle from design to
execution, Expertise in space planning, color, lighting, materials, modular furniture. - Timely follow up with clients on payment schedules & project deliverable.
- Work closely with contractors to execute projects & supervise on the site.
- Knowledge in residential and commercial interior designing.
- Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project cost.
- Client Interactions.

- Site Visit for measurement and oversee installing the design elements.
- Updated with latest design trends.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Attention to detailing while suggesting and making designs.
- Knowledge in software like Auto CAD, Google Sketch-up etc.
